superfood granola – low sugar, gluten free, vegan , gluten free recipe

granola is an essential part of my pantry list for breakfast or even give a crunch to my meals. Replace regular granola with high sugar content with this power house 🙂

4 cups buckwheat, soaked, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup pumpkin seed, soaked, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup hemp seed

1/4 cup hemp protein powder

2 tbs chia seed

1/2 cup goji berry

2-4 tsp spirulina powder

1/2 cup coconut

2 tbs yacon powder

1-2 tbs luo han guo ( or use adjust quantity of your preferred sweetener)
