I think owning a dehydrator really changed my raw food creativity. I find it easier and more enjoyable to include this much raw food in my diet with dehydrated foods. You will need to make sure to drink more liquid of course but it definitely is worth it.

3 cups buckwheat, soaked, drained then rinsed well
1/2 cup lakanto or your preferred sweetener
50ml water
vanilla
1/2 cup cacao nibs
5g kakadu plum powder
