This tart not only tastes indulgent, but it’s also crafted with nourishing, functional ingredients to support both body and spirit. The base features our Herbal Coffee Latte, while the ganache filling is sweetened with 10:1 monk fruit extract, a gentle and healthful alternative to highly processed sweeteners.

10:1 Monk Fruit Extract: A Full-Spectrum Sweetener

In this recipe, monk fruit allows the natural cacao and citrus notes to shine, while offering a grounding, health-supportive sweetness.

For this recipe I used 10:1 Monk Fruit but you can also use our organic 80% Mogroside Monk Fruit. In this case reduce the amount you are using.


🌱 Recipe: Raw Vegan Orange & Chocolate Ganache Tart

Crust

Method:

  1. In a food processor, pulse pumpkin seeds, almond pulp, and coconut until crumbly.
  2. Add herbal coffee, monk fruit, and water, and blend until the mixture sticks together when pressed.
  3. Press firmly into the base of a tart pan. Chill while preparing the filling.

Filling

  • 230 g cacao paste, melted or softened
  • 80 ml almond butter
  • ½ cup warm almond milk
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • ½–1 tbsp 10:1 monk fruit extract (adjust to taste)

Method:

  1. In a blender, combine all filling ingredients. Let sit for 3 minutes so the cacao can melt against the warm milk.
  2. Blend, starting low and increasing to high, until smooth and silky.
  3. Pour into the prepared crust.
  4. Place in the fridge to set overnight.
