Bihitaki (Terminalia bellirica) – a great anti-inflammatory

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) – often referred to as the ‘king of medicines’ in Ayurvedic manuals

It’s believed that by combining synergistic herbs it results in extra therapeutic effectiveness and is a more powerful treatment than any one component taken alone.

Triphala contains powerful anti-inflammatory compounds that gently cleanses and detoxifies the body without irritating the colon.
