When I have a smoothie bowl or frozen meal I tend to add something that is warming and/or beneficial for my spleen and Qi. It can be foods and herbs like ginger, astragalus, white atractylodes or simply sip a small amount of hot tea on the side
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup of your preferred plant milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp ashwagandha
Whip everything up in a high speed blender like @vitamix or @thermomixaus
Adjust your liquid amount. If you are after a thick consistency you want to add less amount but still enough so that you can blend till smooth.

- Pine pollen
