kale chips with pine nut , cacao and shilajit – raw vegan recipe

I reckon kale chips can be one of the best healthy snacks around.

i have tried so many different flavours but I love how sweet and savoury flavours come together.

 

benefit of shilajit

Shilajit is one of the most important herb in Ayurvedic teachings.  also known as “conqueror of mountains and destroyer of weakness”.

It is an end product that is trapped within Himalayan mountains and takes centuries to from shilajit.

Shilajit contains 85 minerals in ionic form as well as selenium, phospholipids, humid acid and 60-80% fulvic acid, which is a potent antioxidant. It has high ORAC, known to promote the movement of minerals into muscle, tissue and bone and adaptogenic.

pinenut, cacao and shilajit kale chips

1/2 cup pine nut, soaked, drained and rinsed

pinch of salt

2 tbs cacao powder

1/4- 1/2 cup water

2 tbs your preferred sugar or lakanto

1-2 capsule shilajit (i used omica brand) –  optional
