It makes an amazing slice using cashew or macadamia in the place of desiccated coconut.

If you would like to to skip a process of making hemps seed milk you can always use another nut milk.

I just love that raw vegan desserts are flexible and have so much room to experiment with various ingredients.

Turmeric has an active compound called curcumin, which is now known to have many health benefits.

Anti inflammatory effect of turmeric is quite well known but here are other claimed potential benefits.

– may help prevent cancer

– may reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes

– may control insulin activity

Turmeric is easy to add to the diet. from a traditional curry to dressing to your drinks and desserts.

400ml desiccated coconut

1/2 cup hemp seed milk

1 cup cacao butter, melted

1/2 cup coconut butter, melted

1/3 – 1/2 cup coconut sugar

juice of 1 lemon
