Japanese inspired kale chips with hemp, kombu, miso and astragalus – raw vegan recipe


one of my favourite snacks has to be kale chips. I am not sure who started this trend but s/he must have been genius!

I am feeling re-inspired by Japanese flavours again. Astragalus is an immunity super herb which can tonify your chi/energy.

6g kombu seaweed

160ml water


1/2 cup hulled hemp seed

1  1/2 tsp miso paste

1 tsp astragalus powder
