Not only cranberry powder is so pretty 💕 it has a unique tangy taste that I am so obsessed with!
Cranberry is known for many things including its high vitamin C and anti oxidant content, heart health but many would know these berries as the first remedy against urinary tract infections.
You can easily add it to your juice, smoothies, desserts and more.
Here is a sugar free hemp cranberry slice recipe ☺️
1 1/2 cups almond pulp (left over from making almond milk)
1 cup hemp seed
Monk fruit to sweeten
Dash of almond milk as needed till it comes together
1 tbsp freeze-dried cranberry powder
Process in a food processor and put the mixture into a mould. Pack tightly and chill.
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp freeze dried cranberry powder
Your preferred sweetener (monk fruit, maple etc. I used stevia from @omicaorganics )
Top with extra cranberry powder
