banana ice cream with a twist

banana ice cream seems to be taking over the world!

It is so easy to make with no dairy, refined sugar, preservatives added.

Bananas are a good source of potassium, vitamin B6, manganese and fibre.

funny…. bananas remind me of my dad… He used to have a banana with his breakfast all the time and kept telling me how healthy it is to eat RIPE bananas.  It turns out that he was right.

This study found that ripe bananas with dark patches on the skin produce a substances called TNF (Tumour Necrosis Factor), which can combat abnormal cells in the body.

Personally, I have never been a big banana fan, except they are turned into creamy frozen delicious “nana icecream”

It is so versatile.. My daughter often makes this in a vitamix with added peach, mango or other types of berries.
