Life is a balance act. And as you continue to choose healthier option for your body as often as you can it would naturally gravitate towards what the body needs. Save the recipe and try this salad if you are craving something nutrient dense.
Ingredients
- Half bunch kale, shredded thinly
- 1 cup arame, hydrated and rinsed @spiralfoods
Dressing
- 1/2 cup hemp seed @hempfoodsaustralia
- 1/4 cup pickle juice or Apple cider vinegar
- Bamboo salt or your preferred salt to taste
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil @mountzeroolives
Blend all the dressing ingredients in a blender and massage them into kale. Mix through arame and top with lime zest.
