Nutrients and Foods for Protection from EMF

We can all agree that we live in the environment that has a lot of stressors. There are chemicals, heavy metals, radiation, mold and more factors that can burden our bodies.  EMF is something that concern a lot of people. It can be quite deceptive as we cannot see, smell or feel the frequency.

There are many studies showing the links health issues and the exposure to radiation.

What is important to remember is that a balanced body can heal itself. Radiation can destroy vitamin A, C, E, K and N as well as essential fatty acids, calcium and neurological hormones, especially melatonin. (that is why it’s advisable to reduce the exposure to EMFs in the evening) We need to make sure to be replacing these nutrients.
