Looking for a great raw vegan ice cream recipe?


Ice cream gets me every time.

Especially when it is so good for you đŸ™‚

Yes! this ice cream is dairy free, refined sugar free with lakanto, made with whole foods and good fat.

lavender is not only beautiful and has an amazing scent, it has been used for many uses including

– insomnia

– digestion

– antibacterial, antimicrobial, expectorant

– stress relief

– anxiety

– depressive headaches




1 tbs lavender

1tsp liquorice powder

1cup hot water

100g coconut meat

1/4 cup irish moss gel

1 avocado

1/3 cup coconut oil

40ml lakanto

1/4 cup blueberry


First, make tea with lavender and liquorice powder with 1 cup hot water. Infuse the tea till it cools down

Strain the tea into a blender and add all the ingredients except coconut oil and blueberry.

Blend till smooth

Add the coconut oil and blend again.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the instruction.

Add the blueberry for the last 5 minutes.

Scoop into a dish and try not to eat them all at once! (hehe)
