raw vegan hazelnut chocolate fudge
when I made these raw vegan chocolate fudge for the cafe they were flying out of the door! I spiced with rainbow peppercorn but you can either use black peppercorn, which may be easier to find, omit completely or replace it with tiny amount of chilli.

Let’s get to the recipe
1 cup cashew meal
1 cup hazelnut meal
19 dates
1 cup water
3/4 cup cacao powder
pinch salt
1 tsp rainbow peppercorn
1/2 cup cacao butter
2 tbs coconut oil
method:
first, make date paste by blending dates and water together till smooth.
Add cashew and hazelnut meal (preferably activated), salt, pepper and cacao powder and blend again.
Add softened cacao butter and coconut oil and blend again.
Pour into your preferred mould and chill till firm
When solid cut them into slices.
( Optional:I used melted coconut oil to finish off)
