Wild Harvested Chaga

Possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and immune stimulating properties.

Full Description

Commonly known as Siberian Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) as it has been used for centuries in Siberia and other parts of Asia to boost immunity and improve and preserve overall health.

Not attractive to look at and unlike any mushroom you will be familiar with Chaga is a fungus that grows mainly on the bark of birch trees in very cold climates. It has hard woody exterior and looks similar to a clump of burnt charcoal.

Chaga is often categorised as the most nutritionally of all edible tree growing fungus. It is also known as black mass, clinker polypore, birch canker amongst others.

Siberians affectionately christen it as the “Gift from God” and the “Mushroom of Immortality.” The Japanese refer to it as  “The Diamond of the Forest,” while the Chinese crown it as the  “King of Plants.”
