matcha and raspberry lava dumpling cake – recipe

raw matcha and raspberry lava cakeMatcha is powdered whole green tea. which has been used traditionally in a tea ceremony in japan.

because it is a whole green tea matcha can contain up to 140 times more antioxidants including powerful EGCs

Other benefits include boosting metabolism, detoxing, and calming and boosting energy and moods at the same time.

Matcha is an easy way to add powerful health benefits to your diet.

I like matcha in tea but also can’t get enough of matcha desserts!

Because of its bitter undertone of green tea it pairs so well with sweet dish.

Classic combination of matcha includes chocolate, vanilla , black sesame and adzuki beans but raspberry gives another sour element to the dish and looks amazing as well!
