difference between smoothies and juices

This is often a question coming from people who have just started exploring healthier diet.

we understand eating fresh vegetables (and some fruits) are an important part of a  healthy diet. But sometimes eating a bowl full of salads could be quite challenging to many people.  Having smoothies and juices can be a fun and useful food to include.

Raw vegetables are packed with nutrients. For some it is challenging because of many reasons

– no time to prepare an interesting salads every meals

-not easy to digest all the fibres and may not be able to absorb all the nutrients

Especially if you are not used to eating raw food and are pretty weak physically you may find it easier to have liquid food.
