Lakanto is one of sweeteners I enjoy using. It is no GI, no calorie sweetener that is safe for people who have diabetic conditions and candida. It is also convenient because it measures the same as other powdered sugars in recipes.
I love making raw cheesecakes but sometimes I crave a treat like this. They are lighter and fluffier, which only makes it harder not to eat one more slice …… 🙂
CACAO SPONGE SQUARE no GI, no sugar treat desiccated coconut almond pulp cacao powder lakanto flax meal salt tahini coconut butter, softened cacao powder stevia (preferably green stevia) I would love to see you trying this out.
