1 /2 cup cacao powder
2 tbs flax meal
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup pumpkin seed butter
1/2 coconut flour
1/2 cup almond, activated

pinch of monk fruit to sweeten
3/4 cup water or milk to bind
FROSTING
1/2 cup cacao powder
6 jujube dates, soaked in water to soften (if using Iranian or madjool dates use less)
2 tbs tahini
1 cup coconut yoghurt
vanilla extract
Instruction:
Prepare the Brownie Base:
In a food processor, combine all brownie base ingredients (except water/milk). Pulse until a coarse meal forms. Gradually add water or milk, a tablespoon at a time, until the mixture just starts to come together and holds its shape when squeezed. Be careful not to over-process, or it can become too sticky.
Make the Frosting: In a clean food processor or high-speed blender, combine all frosting ingredients. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a tiny splash more coconut yoghurt or water.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Press half of the brownie mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Spread half of the frosting evenly over the brownie base. Repeat again
Place the dish in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm enough to slice.
