Including edible weeds is one of my favourite way to boost nutrition and high vibrational energy of my foods. They grow without us tendering, making them stronger and hardier compared to domestically grown plants.
I have been juicing nettles a lot lately and making nettle tea is pretty amazing. This time I have used nettles in flatbread.
2 handfuls of nettle, washed and chopped
2 cups buckwheat, activated
1 cup flax meal
1 tbs psyllium husk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
Food process nettle and buckwheat. Add the rest to make a dough.
Spread evenly on reflex sheet and dehydrate till completely dry
