best raw vegan panna cotta recipe! sugar free

raw vegan panacotta


Panna Cotta
1/2 cup fresh coconut meat
1 cup cashews, soaked, rinsed
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbs irish moss gel
5 drops vanilla extract (medicine flower) or 2 tsp vanilla extract
8-10 drops omica’s stevia vanilla or plain
pinch of salt
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

Blend all the ingredients except coconut oil until smooth.
Add the oil slowly and gently blend together.
pour the mixture into a container and till till firm

Raspberry jam
Combine raspberry, lemon juice and touch of Omica’s sunroot syrup and dehydrate till it thickens slightly (2-3 hours)

serve panna cotta with the jam, (activated) pistachio and extra sunroot syrup
