Ingredients:
5 dry Shitake
water
1 tsp gynostemma
1 small carrot
1/2 tsp bamboo salt
100g coconut meat
1/2 – 1 zucchini spiralised
Hydrate shitake in 1 cup of water
When they are hydrated blend all the ingredients except the zucchini in a blender (including the soaking water) and blend till smooth.
add spiralised zucchini, topped with sauerkraut and activated sunflower seeds.
