Sugared flowers are usually made with refined sugar powder and egg white. These are much healthier version and so lovely to have them around to decorate your dish.
You can use any other flowers.
You need
fresh, organic flowers
Yacon powder
Lakanto, processed to fine powder
wash your flowers and coat them with Yacon powder and lakanto.
Yacon powder acts a little like egg white and helps the sugar to stick to the flowers.
Dehydrate till completely dry. Keep them in an airtight container and should last for at least 1 month 🙂
