RAW VEGAN CHOCOLATE COVERED MULBERRIES

Well one thing you need to know before you make these is that they are ADDICTIVE!!!!
I first saw these at a grocery shop, selling them for ridiculously expensive price. They are really simple to make and last for a long time. So make them in a big batch and have a big stash or share them with you loved ones ( little kids and grown ups)
This is a great recipe to coat any other dried fruits. Think Incaberries, goji berries, cranberries, sultanas……
Because I think dried fruits are pretty sweet I didn’t want the chocolate to be too sweet either. You can easily adjust the sweetness by either increasing or decreasing the amount of coconut sugar without affecting the texture of the chocolate when you are using the mixture for covering dried fruits.
CHOCOLATE COVERED RAW VEGAN MULBERRIES
535g cacao butter
670g cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/8 cup yacon powder
melt cacao butter and add shifted cacao powder, coconut sugar and yacon powder.
Mix really well, making sure there are no chunky powders in the mixture.
Add mulberries and mix through to cover evenly
let them firm up before packing them into a container
