over night chia and oat porridge – raw vegan recipe

After making Elderberry Syrup , I was wondering what I could use the syrup for. Personally I don’t enjoy drinking a shot that is sweet and rather use it as part of my drink or meal.

For those of us who don’t have a leisurely time in the morning, overnight chia pudding is a life saver. All you need is to prepare everything the night before.

I have also added oat flour. I like using gluten free, sprouted oats, processed into flour. If you are not too concerned about oats being completely raw, then you can also use rolled oats here.

Ingredients you need

chia seed

oat flour or rolled oats

coconut water

fresh or frozen fruits

elderberry syrup or any of your preferred syrup
