Baobab and umeboshi plum cream
Umeboshi plum is a traditional japanese pickled plum known for its medicinal and alkalising properties. It is eaten to prevent fatigue, purify water, rid the body of toxins, and cure specific diseases such as dysentery, typhoid, and food poisoning.
1/2 cup almond milk
3/4 cup water
2 cups soaked cashews
1/2 cup coconut sugar
6 drops stevia
meat of 1 pickled plum (umeboshi) (optional)
2 tsp baobab
1 tbs coconut oil
Blend till smooth
