Just in time for christmas I decide to share my recipe for christmas pudding for you on the video.
As always they are “raw”, “plant based” ‘refined sugar free” and ‘gluten free” and “paleo”
Definitely much healthier than what I used to buy from a supermarket 😉
Christmas is a special time for most of us and can be stressful for some. Especially if your preferred eating is a little different from others, or getting together with your family doesn’t offer a joyful experience.
I used to think I needed to surround myself with only positive people who lift me up and inspire me. I see this advise everywhere in the wellness community. Then I saw an interview of Oprah and Thich nhat hanh. It got me thinking if I am strong enough and grounded enough to be able to listen to anyone’s story, positive or negative…. just listen without judgement or taking everything personally.
Sometimes these people who challenge you and argue with you are the greatest teachers in your life. Not because they are smarter than you or they are right. But because they can push you out of your comfort zone and help you grow.
I wish you a great holiday season and thank you so much for your support this year. I am so happy to see each of you empowering yourself and having a huge positive impact by making the healthy choices everyday.
