layered cake with matcha and yumberry yoghurt cream – raw vegan recipe

 

I love raw desserts like these.

Dont get me wrong. Raw cheesecakes, snicker bars, raw donuts are definitely fun to make and absolutely delicious.

If you or your friends are new to raw food maybe these are the ones that win you over to start with.

But creative recipes like these layered cakes are what get me excited.

Look at these amazing colours from matcha and Yumberry. As you can see in the video the cream is fermented into fluffier and a little tangier flavour which resembles goat yoghurt that I used to eat.
