The purpose of the Advance RESET is not for weight loss. However, the food in this program is low calorie and focuses on increasing your metabolic health, which in turn can trigger ketosis, which can help individuals lose weight. Most people experience weight loss after 5 days.
Yes, you can still choose to drink coffee as long as it’s black or full-fat coffee with no sugar. However we highly recommend NO coffee during this reset. Caffeine can increase catecholamine, the stress hormone that can burden your liver and digestion. It makes it harder for your body to rely on its own natural energy.
If you seriously need caffeine indulge in green tea or matcha. These contain catechins, which are natural antioxidants and are also known to suppress hunger. L-thiamine in matcha can help manage stress and anxiety.

We recommend doing a 14-20 hour fasting window and a 4-10 hour eating window.
This means that you are skipping one meal per day, either breakfast or dinner depending on your preferred lifestyle. We recommend not eating within three hours of bedtime.
This encourages the process of autophagy while your body is in a fat-burning mode.

It depends on your health goals. Please speak to your health professionals if you have any concerns. We do not recommend doing this fast more often than once a month. Many people benefit from seasonal fasts (every three months – 6 months)
All of our meals and snacks are gluten-free, vegan, grain-free, sugar, nightshade, and fruit free. The ingredients are sourced locally, organic, and/or chemical-free. We do use nuts and seeds. Unfortunately, we cannot alter the meals for individual food sensitivities. If you are concerned please contact us to discuss suitability.
You WILL get hungry during this fast. Please keep in mind that there is a difference between cravings from our habitual eating and real hunger. Your body can only change when it is put in an uncomfortable state and this discomfort is a sign that the body is adjusting to these changes.
If unbearable you may snack on small pieces of cucumber/celery. At any time you are concerned about well being please contact your health practitioner. It is OK to stop the fast and try again later; especially if you have any medical concerns.
