With natto bacteria 3 g, you can make natto 5 – 15 kg of raw soybean (equivalent to 10 – 30 kg in natto).
Take the required amount with the attached measuring spoon and dissolve in sterilized water (boil about 5 minutes, cool water) and mix with cooked soy beans.
Please use 0.1 ~ 3g of Bacillus natto 500 g raw soybean.
