I have been juicing nettles a lot lately and making nettle tea is pretty amazing. This time I have used nettles in flatbread.

2 handfuls of nettle, washed and chopped

2 cups buckwheat, activated

1 cup flax meal

1 tbs psyllium husk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp salt

Food process nettle and buckwheat. Add the rest to make a dough.

Spread evenly on reflex sheet and dehydrate till completely dry

enjoy :-)
