Just come back from a yoga class this morning.
what is my breakfast?
Lucky I planned well enough to soak some chia seeds!
1/2 cup hemp milk
half medium sized pomegranate
1 tbs lakanto ( or use your preferred sugar alternative)
soak all the ingredients for 2 hours to over night
hemp and coconut cream
blend hemp seed and desiccated coconut with a pinch of salt ,
add 2-3 tbs of your preferred sugar alternative ( I used yacon syrup) and blend till it becomes creamy
layer the chia mixture and hemp/ coconut cream , topped with your favourite toppings
( I used chlorella tablets )
