Sea spaghetti is a large brown sea vegetable from the North Atlantic. It looks like long narrow whips and to many its shape is reminiscent of noodles. Although it has been named Sea spaghetti, actually it is more like Sea Fettuccine.
Being a North Atlantic sea vegetable, Pacific Harvest Sea Spaghetti is imported from Europe, sustainably harvested from the wild in Brittany.
It is rich in calcium, magnesium & zinc, fibre and has a good balance of vitamins.
