Fudge on their own are great. Fresh mango ice cream on their own are also great. But if you put them together they are fantastic!

Using mango instead of usual nana ice cream will pleasantly surprise you with equally creamy but refreshing flavour.

1/2 cup pistachio, activated and dehydrated

2 tbs protein powder of your choice (I used amazonia protein, natural)

juice of 1 small lime

3 tbs your preferred liquid sweetener (I used sunroot nectar)

pinch salt

mango ice cream

1 cup frozen mango

1 tbs yacon powder
